On top of that, the exterior hardshell is made of really high quality 5mm ABS plastic reinforced with UV inhibitors. The lower shell combines the ABS with a welded aluminum structure and unique felt lined honeycomb polypropylene panels which not only reinforce support, but offer great insulation.
